Photoshop CS4 import / export

I'm getting back into playing Baldur's Gate.  Saved in my tools folder is a ZIP file called TBGGPP that contains import and export filters for Photoshop.  They are for TIS, MOS and PLT files.  Problem is that I cannot remember where to place them in the Photoshop directory structure.

Any help appreciated.

Never mind.  If you use Photoshop CS4 64-bit the six import and export files do not go into the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4 (64 Bit)\Plug-ins\Import-Export directory.

Instead the filters go into the C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Plug-ins\Import-Export directory.  That being said, is there a more modern way to get images out of Baldur's Gate and into Photoshop?

Infinity Explorer, Near Infinity and DLTCEP allow you to export, Save As the MOS, TIS and BAM files into BMPs, JPG and GIF. Infinity Explorer is what I use mostly to get the image files in a viewable format.
