I'm getting beta 2 ready so I can install it on my game. If successful I may release beta 2 as an open beta.

Back to work on this. I'm going to do an install and play the game to make sure everything works and release it as a beta. This beta is basically a compatibility version. Will not include anything new for the most part.

Drows, elementals and genies! Since their animations are now in the game, might as well give the DS creature files their proper animations.

Looking good. How difficult was it to get the new areas in place? I always find areas the most troublesome aspect. I need to get the Stone of Askavar converted sometime. Good work though. :)

Since EE uses larger resolutions the world map is larger. You will have to change the coordinates from what you have in BG1 to something else. Otherwise the areas will be placed in a different spot.

Hi Solafein!

I would like to ask whether you or Turambar (DSotSC for BGT) are responsible for shouldering responsibility for updating this mod but am at loss into knowing to what extent do the both of you coordinate.

This thread at SHS might be of interest for you not just for DSotSC but also for any other mods where you add player-selectable spells. We have made numerous agreements with Turambar and CuChoinneach so it could be relevant for you as well. This is an effort to standardize spells within the community via WeiDU's ADD_SPELL function so that users do not end up with spell duplicates when installing multiple mods that have the same spell.

We take care of the original Weidu version of DSotSC, not the BGT version and I am in the process of making it compatible with BGEE, which I am close to having finished.

I'll take a look at that thread in regard to spells. Thanks. :)

Have the areas work properly on the world map.
See how it works with my level 40 mod. It would be recommended.
