Some item bugs.

DEITM007.ITM error: Ability #0 Effect #0 Opcode (122) - Non-existent Resource (DEAXEHTC.ITM)
- Changed to DEITM007.ITM (so you can retrieve the axe when you throw it)
DEITM082.ITM error: Ability #1 Effect #0 Opcode (122) - Non-existent Resource (DEBOLT.ITM)
- Changed to DEITM010.ITM ('Create Special bolt' didn't create nothing special. Now it does...)
DEITM107.ITM error: Effect #3 (opcode 30) has strange probabilities (75 and 0)
- +75% Fire resist effect had a 75% chance of actually taking effect

You can find fixed versions of the above items in the attachments in this post :)

Also, there's a small fix for a possible crash in megamod installs here
