Umm, I'm not sure what's going on, but I keep Sarevok in the Pocket Pane and then kill him.  Gorion's ghost seems to approve.

I redem Sarevok so he's chaotic good. He's an exellent fighter and doesn't care if your rep is 20. Reguardless of the oaith.

He's too wimpy for me, only Level 17.  Saeri and Keldorn were Level 22 when I started.  And that portrait!

But what if my good pc chooses godhood to make the world a better place, my paladin would probably feel it was his duty.
Many Many pretties... piled high beyond the sky. (Sigh)

You! Do I know you? No, I don't know anyone! Back! Bad Dog! Play Dead!

Ooh this face is boring, now I'm...

Shut up! No more questions! Make an appointment! The Coordinater speaks to no one! No one... speaks the Coordinator...

When Tiax rules, britches will not ride up so wedge-like.

Never alone, even when alone. You just cannot see!

You go do that, and try to relax. The warden will be by soon enough. Then cookies.

There are enough good deities, many of them far more powerful than you could become, which take care of the world. And an ascended Charname would start only as a demi-power, without any allies , and he would have to face the enmity of Cyric, already a greater power. So you have a great chance to be obliterated from the pantheon before even embarking on your career, so the good PC should better drop it.
Real sucks, Barca rules !

I like Real only when it plays in Segunda Division !

It is said that Mount Celestia is a place of perfection. None else than Saerileth could have been the symbol of its splendor.

Cyric won't care if you become a good deity. Your not about to take up your fathers portfolio. And you have Solar as an ally.

Also Faerun can't have to many good deities.

Your power base would quickly grow. The child of the lord of murder becoming a god of light is a great story to gather whorshipers. Your he hero of baldur's gate, the hero of trademeet. You saved the elven city. A good deity PC would have a very strong base to start with. Remember  a cleric can only serve a single deity but  the people of Faerun whorship many deities.

He would care, because a good power is likely to become his enemy. He already has many. My opinion is that it would be in his best interest to wipe out Charname before he could establish an alliance with other good deities. And a Solar ally against a greater power ???    Please, he won't stand a chance.

This is off-topic but, i always though that the case of no alies would only be a prob for a human pc because all of the other none human races have their own penthon (sp?) , for example lets say your a good hearted elven hero who has proven himself a 1000 times over, and then you make the choice to become a god, wont you be offerd an alliance or an intrduction into the seldrin?

I never become a god, because my Paladin would think it sacreligious to set up in competition with Torm, Tyr, and Helm.  He just wants to be the greatest servant Helm ever had, and carry out his duties. Which include looking after his wife, and having children by her, as she obviously wants.

Exactly! :D

Anyway, Saerileth's reactions to your ascension are not up for discussion.  They are what they are, and they shall not be changed.  :P
