Stats RESURRECTION

I'd suggest lowering his stats in total - right now he has very-very high values, with 12 as his worst and 19(!) as his best scores he is clearly superior to most Bioware made NPCs. Even if this doens't change his prowess in the game significantly, I say lower his stats to a more reasonable level. ;)

I will consider it. Sigh. It is SO difficult to transfer a book character into D&D terms. icon_confused.gif Some of his stats should have been even higher. Oh well. I will think about it and see what I can do while remaining true to the character he is in the novels.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about adjusting them too much. First of all, "adventurers" in D&D are supposed to be above average at the very least. Plus, he is not a native of Faerun, so the typical cannot be considered typical when it comes to Tsujatha.

Thank you for the encouragement! Hmm. What with all I still have to worry about (coding in the journal entries and spawning creatures!), I might just forget about stat adjustments. icon_biggrin.gif

I don't think they are a problem. Its not like Sarevoks which is a bit to much.

There's a difference between "above average" and "superhuman". Tsujatha is currently "above average" in absolutely everything. What's the reasonning behind each stat being so high, apart from TEH BOOKZ SEZ SO?

Is there any other reason you need? If you want to find out so bad, read the books. Sure, his stats are high, but not all *that* high. If it really bugs you that bad, find out if you can edit them in your own game. Then you can put them to whatever you want. (Don't know if you can do that, though...)

Thank you for the encouragement here, too, alicornsoulsword.

Tsujatha's stats are lower than they ought to be, considering who he is in the novels. I wanted to put Tsujatha in, not some random necromancer with his name.

I do not think his stats are unbalancingly high, nor they are even the highest around, especially taking into account modded NPCs.

It should be his personality that reflects who he is, not his stats. His stats need to be adjusted for the gameworld so they're not inappropriate, but his personality is really his identity.

I think this is basically an issue of opinions, and who likes what. SimDing0, I respect that you have a major issue with the stats, but that's your opinion, and while it's nice to hear and take into consideration, I don't think Sillara has any major plans to change them (please correct me if I'm wrong). So again I suggest if they bug you so much, find out a way to change them yourself. I for one am happy with his stats being the way they are, but, that's my opinion.

I agree that his personality is the main seat of his identity, but I do not want anyone who has read the books to look at his stats and say, "Wow! I have no idea his Con was only 12!" I want to keep his stats as much in line with what they ought to be as I can. (I have certainly lowered them from what they would have been, anyway.)

I do appreciate your taking the time to voice your opinion, SimDing0. However, I do not agree with your position on his stats, and, as of now, I do not have any plans to change them. I know that you are one of the most experienced modders out there (and I love your Quest Pack, by the way), so I am glad that you considered Tsujatha worth commenting on. As alicornsoulsword wrote, it is a matter of opinion.
