Actually, that's a point! People who want our mod, but Tortured Souls as well, could choose everything but our Yoshimo component.

I rather like Imoen...

I would suggest making each component optional. Thatway if someone want's more Jaheira but no more Korgan they can get it.

You! Do I know you? No, I don't know anyone! Back! Bad Dog! Play Dead!

Shut up! No more questions! Make an appointment! The Coordinater speaks to no one! No one... speaks the Coordinator...

That's a really good idea, especially given the number of other mods, both relased and in development, that may alter original NPC's in some way.

Pardon?

Err, anyway...I agree with that, yeah. Either way, it looks like Quitch has his hands full with RtW...it will be a long time before we see the Imoen Relationship mod. So sad.

Quitch has recently gotten a lot of help with RtW however and so may be able to finish it sooner.

EDIT: On the previous post. I was being slightly sarcastic combined with overly dramatic. It's been a while though since someone said one of my ideas was really good.

You haven't addressed Idobek's overall point--what does it matter if there are two other proposed mods out there dealing with specific NPCs when each and every Bioware NPC has had his/her content considerably expanded by other mods already published?

So it wouldn't really matter if we did Imoen and Sarevok or not...since there are NPC expansions for all the NPCs....might as well do em all...

To my knowledge, there is no one mod aside from JPS's Haer 'Dalis Romance, your own de'Arnise Romance and the two previously Bhaalspawn-themed mods out there currently still in development for any NPCs. There's UB content, too, but is more of restoration rather than expansion. Romances aren't our goal, either, so we didn't feel the work of you or JPS clashed with ours.

It just seemed like the sensable thing to do, as well, considering we're only a small group of six.

There's the Banter Pack. Why doesn't that count?

I can probably help if you want. I'm good with Aerie, Jaheira, Anomen, Minsc, Imoen, and can throw a hand in for Yoshi Nalia Sarry Janny Vicky and Eddie if needed. Not so sure about Kelly Vally or Haery or ConCernd and Bloodbrain.

Of course it counts, it affects every NPC doesnt it?

Putting aside the issue of whether there are other mods out for Bioware NPCs or not, IMO it might be more sensible to go ahead and do all the NPCs, otherwise if we just say, "Oh...Immy and Sarry already have mods", well so do the other NPCs, so why bother, you know?  So, let's just do all of them...it's only two more, not like it's going to kill us. :-D

I think we should do all of them. Imoen and Sarevok are as much characters as the rest of them, and as far as *we* are concerned, it's our duty to treat them the same. What if someone didn't want to download the mods already being written, because they didn't like the style or implementation? They'd be stuck without a mod for the characters.

No, I think we should do them!

Like me. It scares me to think of romancing a sibling.
