Thanks Smiling Imp for this fun mod too! I also decided to adapt it for EE-versions of the game.

"Zelink" (Zelda & Link) mod updated!
Version 1.0 includes the following changes:

  • Added EE-EET compatibility (now the mod is compatible with all versions of the game)
  • Texts have been moved to tra files
  • Organized folder structure
  • Updated portraits of Link and Zelda to a variant with improved quality

I'm delighted to see that you started to update and improve this mod Austin. Although there is a long road ahead, this mod albeit fun and original is full of bugs, some of them gamebreaking. I run into one such example, someone in the Promenade ( don't remember who exactly, it was long time ago, sorry ) gave a quest to deal with some guy who had avatar of the shadow thief in some inn in Athkatla. When fight inevitably broke out game spawned Arkanis Gath to deal with the party! I run from there faster than Speedy Gonzales.  ;D

  • Added extended dialogue scene between Tiax and Cyric in ToB (idea and part of texts by Bill Bisco, additional phrases by Austin, proofreading by Sarevok57)
  • Fixed errors during compilation of some scripts

If I can figure out how to code it properly, I will definitely add it as an option. It has been a while, so I have lost my touch.
I coded the scene that Bill Bisco suggested by adding it to the mod! Since version 12.3 it has been added!

UPDATED!!!
New version - 12.2!

  • A lot of dialogues have been added to Deekin!!! Dozens of banters and several interjections (the author of the new texts is Oracle, proofreading is by Sarevok57). Now Deekin has one or two banters with almost all NPCs from Bioware and Beamdog!
  • Added a few more interjections of Alora in SoA (author of new texts - Scheele, proofreading Sarevok57)
  • Fixed a bug that caused Alora to start a dialogue about the Umar Hills at the Waukeen Promenade location
  • Added code written by a tipun that prevents interruption of dialogues in the EE version of the game due to the activation of the Improved AI during a dialogue (for this, you need to install the last component with cross-banters - it is necessary there, since Faldorn now has a very long multi-dialogue, which without this fix can be accidentally interrupted)
  • Fixed a bug due to which the last component (cross-banters) was not installed on the "classic" version of the game (the bug appeared in version 12.1)

Austin, you are a beast! Where's all that creativity coming from! Keep it up, and congrats on the new release.
Thank you very much for your feedback!  :) I like this mod and I am trying to make it even better as I can!

UPDATED!
New version - 12.1!


- Added a huge banter between Faldorn and Kagain (or Korgan - depending on who is in the party), to which almost all other NPCs are connected (proofreading of the English text by sarevok57)
- Added a lot of audio commentary to Faldorn and Kagain in all of their dialogues
- Fixed a bug in Xzar's dialogues, due to which his comment on the first visit to the Underdark did not appear in the game.
- Now Montaron's comments about various areas will appear not only during an active romance with him, but also in other cases where the text is suitable for both genders
- Improved the code in the "Xzar&Montaron" component (J-files are separated from B-files, short timers are added for comments about areas so that they do not speak at the same time, etc.)

UPD: The archive will be re-uploaded! Fixed another bug in the cross-banters component. Those who downloaded the archive yesterday - please download again!
