BG1 NPCs for SoA / Install Shar-Teel separately?

Is there a way to just install Shar-Teel?

The rest of the NPC's already have been added to my BG2 world via other mods.

And trying to install BG1NPCsforSOa over my Megamod installation gives me erorrs which make the installer uninstall the component again.

These are the lines which produce errors in the installation (the .cre in the override can not be found)
