Just came across this issue and thought I might point it out: Alora doesn't seem to work with Level 1 NPCs. The mod is detected, but when the option to actually tweak her stats is chosen, the following error message pops up: "resource "alora.cre" not found for 'COPY' ".
EDIT: Problem solved. Was just a matter of redirecting Level 1 NPCs towards the correct .cre file (alora09).
